AI Chat Assistant

Our website provides an AI-powered chat assistant to help users find information within our documentation and knowledge base.

Before using the chat assistant, users must explicitly consent to the processing of their messages. This consent is stored locally in the user's browser using a cookie. Without consent, the chat assistant cannot be used.

Data Processing

When you interact with the chat assistant, the content of your messages is transmitted to an external AI service provider for processing and generation of responses.

The chat assistant is powered by AI models provided by OpenAI and accessed through the service infrastructure of Opencode.ai.

Please do not enter sensitive personal information, confidential business information, passwords, or other data that should not be shared with third-party service providers.

Chat Logs

The website stores logs of the chats for 7 days. The following information may be stored:

  • User messages submitted through the chat assistant
  • Responses generated by the AI service
  • Date and time of each interaction

Chat logs do not contain IP addresses and are not used for advertising purposes.

The purpose of storing chat logs is to improve the quality of the documentation, identify missing content, troubleshoot issues, and improve the performance of the chat assistant.

The processing of chat messages is based on the user's consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Users may withdraw their consent at any time by deleting the corresponding cookie or by discontinuing use of the chat assistant.

Service Providers

AI processing is performed using services provided by OpenAI through Opencode.ai. Data may be transferred to and processed on servers operated by these providers in accordance with their applicable privacy and data processing terms.
